Loaded zucchini pizza boat
1.) preheat oven to 375 and oil baking sheet
2.) wash then slice zucchini in half and scrape out most of the insides
3. Fill inside with tomato sauce and all of your toppings!
4.) bake in oven for 22-25 mins
