Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add the zucchini and cheese, seasoned salt and pepper. Cool. Beat eggs until lemon colored and frothy. Fold zucchini, cheese, onion and green pepper into the eggs. Pour into a 2 quart ungreased casserole dish and top with seasoned bread crumbs.
