Cook rice in chicken broth
Saute zucchini, peppers, and onion
Cook Turkey Sausage, combine cooked sausage with veggies. Set aside
Whisk milk and flour in saucepan. 3-4 minutes until thick. Reduce add cheese, corn. Stir until cheese melts, set aside.
When rice is done, combine all ingredients (sausage and veggies, rice and cheese sauce)
Place mixture in 9x13 baking dish, sprinkle cheese if desired and dollop creams cheese by the teaspoon over casserole. Top with jalapenos and bake until brown and cheese is melted.
