Preheat oven to medium, 180°C.
In a large bowl grate the following in order Cheese, Zucchini and Onion
Stir in finely chopped bacon, eggs, salt and pepper, and lightly beaten eggs.
Pour into a lamington tin (16cm x 26 cm) lined with baking paper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
