Suggest a better descriptionCombine sour cream and enchilada sauce in sauce pan until thoroughly combined. Sauce onions and zucchini together in butter or oil ( cut to preferred size) . Warm tortillas fill with zucchini and onions roll place in pan. Top with sauce and cheese. Freezes great. Cook at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. If freezing top with cheese after grated through.
