Brown turkey in large skillet and drain grease. Cut zucchini into bite size pieces and dice onion and pepper. Add tomatoes, zucchini, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet. Cover with lid and simmer until the zucchini is tender, stir occasionally
This recipe can be altered to include some tomato juice and 1 cup of whole grain brown rice to make a rice dish.
