Suggest a better descriptionPer preparare la zuppa di ceci cominciate mettendo questi ultimi in ammollo. Versateli in una ciotola capiente, coprite d’acqua (1) e lasciate reidratare per almeno 12 ore (2). Trascorso il tempo mettete sul fuoco una pentola con il brodo vegetale per scaldarlo. Intanto scolate (2) e sciacquate i ceci. Prima di passare alla cottura pulite il porro: eliminate le due estremità (3)poi incidete verticalmente (4) ed eliminate le prime due foglie, quindi tagliate a rondelle sottili (5). Spuntate anche il sedano e con il pelapatate eliminate la parte più esterna e fibrosa (6).
