Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, except the Kale, cream, bacon and flour
Cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours, or until potatoes are cooked
Mix the cream and flour and slowly add to the pot, now add the Kale, bacon, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high for approx 30 mins or until the soup thickens.
This freezes well for future meals.
