Sautee sausage and red pepper in pot. Drain fat & refrigerate. In same pan, sautee bacon, onions and garlic for approx 15 minutes or till onions are soft. Add bouillion and water. Cook till boiling. Add thin sliced russet potatoes and cook till soft. Add heavy cream and cook till thoroughly heated. Stir in sausage and kale just before serving.
