Polynesian watermelon drink
1. Place watermelon in a large bowl and mash with potato masher (or fork) until mostly liquid but still some small chunks remain.
You could grate the watermelon instead.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mash a little more and stir well.
3. Chill and then serve over ice.
4. Decorate.
Chill all ingredients the night before.
