"I added some diced garlic after sautéing the mushrooms and used Nongshim-Soon veggie noodles and added maybe half a packet of the seasoning. It added a little spice that helped with the flavor. This type of noodles is more expensive, about $1 per packet, but the texture is more like real ramen and it is much more filling that the cheaper varieties."

"Second time making it. It was delish. I cut the curry in half and I added to my taste. I added the salt almost at the end to taste. First time I made it it was great but I thought the curry paste was too much. Over all great recipe."
