2 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 cups cilantro chopped

1/2 cup diced mango (optional)

1 bell pepper sliced (optional)

1 cup diced avocado

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

8-10 flour tortillas warmed

chili oil for serving

1/3 cup cream cheese gently melted

3 tablespoons mayo

1-2 tablespoons sriracha

2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce
