Acapulco Rice

Ingredients

1 1/2 c Minute Rice

16 oz Tomato sauce

3 ts Chili powder

1/2 c Water

1/2 c Cheddar cheese shredded

1/2 c Crushed Tortilla Chips


Directions

Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
