red pepper 1 chopped into 4cm pieces

red onion 1 chopped into 4cm pieces

coriander 1/2 a small bunch finely chopped

greek yogurt 380g

mixed pickle 80g finely chopped, see notes below

ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp

garam masala 1/2 tsp

kasoori methi 10g crushed to a powder, see notes below

am choor powder (dried mango powder) 1/2 tsp see notes below
