Today's delicious smoothie: anti-inflammatory vitamin C rich mango, histamine lowering quercetin packed blueberries, tons of inflammation busting and bone building vitamin k rich arugula, antihistamine ginger and turmeric, a blood sugar balancing, pain killing, antibacterial dollop of @bionaorganic coconut bliss and some ice cold water. The ingredients do not list the mango so now I have the wrong ingredients. Also it doesn't say how much of each ingredient I am supposed to use?
