Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped

1 small minced

1 cup chopped

1 cup chopped

1 cup sliced thin

1/2 cup

1 32. oz

1 15 oz

1 dash black pepper

1 parsley, basil, oregeno


Directions

Spray sauce pan with olive oil on med heat. Add onion garlic celery carrots spinach cabbage and choice of veggie ie mushroom, cauliflour, broccoli. Saute for a few mins untill they soften. Then add broth, tomatoe sauce herbs and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 mins or until veggies are done to likness.
