1 preheat oven to fan 160 c
2 make crumble by rubbing 90g of the tbutter into the flour till mixture resembles breadcrumbs
3 stir in oats, ground almonds and sugar
4 put mixture to one side
5 in a pan heat remaing 15g of butter till melted
6 stir in berries, chopped apple, tablespoon of water and cinammon
7 heat over medium heat for 6-7 minutes till apple is starting to soften and mixture is bubbling
8 transfer fruit mixture into oven proof dish (pie dish)
9 sprinkle crumble topping and almonds over fruit mixture
10 bake in oven for 25 minutes till topping is golden and fruit filling is starting to bubble out from underneath
11 add cream, custard or yogurt
