Ingredients

1 Sheet Frozen puff pastry Thawed

1/4 Cup Apricot preserves

1/2 Tsp Ground mustard

1/2 Cup Monterey jack cheese Shredded

1/4 Lb Deli Turkey Sliced

Directions

Unfold pastry; layer with preserves mustard, cheese and turkey. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 16 slices place cut side down on baking sheet Bake at 400 for 15-20 min or until golden brown
