Ingredients

250 grams Lángolt (puha) kolbász / soft Hungarian sausage

250 grams Vagdalt hús / Minced meat cooked

200 ml tejföl / creme fresh

1 tablespoon Eros Pista / Hungárian hot paprika paste

2 tablespoons margarine optional

1 tablespoon mustár / mustard

Directions

A hozzávalókat összedaráljuk, amíg sima krémet nem kapunk. Ha nincs vagdalt hús, darált felvágottal vagy serpenyoben kisütött darált hússal is muködik. Peel the sausage from any skin. Blend in a mixer all ingredients until smooth. This is a sandwich spread, great for grilled sandwiches. Add cheese on top.
