Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1 16-oz can Artichoke hearts chopped

1 16-oz package Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed chopped

3/4 cup Sour cream

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated

1 tblspoons Garlic or Garlic powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium Lemon squeeze


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. After all ingredients are mixed, place the contents into a glass casserole dish. You can either bake ingredients for about 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees in the oven or heat in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is hot. Alternative: Instead of a casserole dish you can use a crockpot or fondue pot. Serve hot with warm Pita bread. You can also serve with gourmet crackers or tortilla chips.

This was my first attempt with artichokes. Recipe was so easy and everyone loved it!

Make it in the crockpot, delicious every time! One on my main party foods, everyone always raves about it! Even when I don't take the time to thaw the spinach and squeeze it, the recipe still comes out fine.
