Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups Fresh asparagus

6 Eggs; hard-boiled Chopped

4 tablespoons Butter Melted

2 cups Milk

1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Cheddar cheese Grated

4 tablespoons Flour

Bread crumbs Buttered


Directions

Cook asparagus until barely tender. Melt butter and mix in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted. Layer in casserole, asparagus, eggs and cheese sauce ending with cheese sauce. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
