Ingredients

2 Bunches Fresh asparagus Cleaned

2 Tblsps Shallots Diced

2 Tblsps Sugar

1 Tblsp Butter

1 Tblsp Mustard

2 Tblsp Red wine vinegar

1/4 Cup Olive Oil


Directions

Cook asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add shallots Caramelize in sugar and butter set aside Mix fast and shake: Mustard, vinegar, and olive oil - serve over asparagus.
