Au Ju Deli Sandwiches for a Crowd

Ingredients

2 quarts Beef stock chicken or vegetable stock (depends on preference)

1 1/2 pounds pastrami

1 1/2 pounds roast beef

1 loaf french bread or rolls

mustard or Russian dressing

gruyere cheese sliced

Coleslaw


Directions

Add stock and deli meat to crock pot and cook on low for about four hours. Serve with bread or rolls, mustard or dressing, cheese and coleslaw. You could also serve the meat and juice over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes if you’re looking to make more than just sandwiches.
