Aunt Ann's Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts OR 1 chicken

1 Salt

Pepper

2 carrots (up to 3)

1 stalks celery (up to 2 stalks)

1 small onion

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 pkg egg noodles frozen

1 can chicken broth more if desired


Directions

Cook chicken in water with seasoning of salt & pepper, carrot, onion, and celery. Remove carrot, onion, and celery after cooking chicken. Cool in broth. Strip chicken as needed and skim fat from broth. Add the Cream of Chicken soup, frozen noodles, and can(s) of chicken broth. Simmer and serve.
