Ingredients

3/4 onion chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 lb hamburger ground

2 cloves garlic minced

28 oz tomato puree

12 oz tomato paste

1 cup water

1-2 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper ground

1 1/2 tsp oregano

1-2 bay leafs

Directions

Brown onions and hamburger in olive oil. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 1-2 hours.
