Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef

6 whole Stemmed tomatoes

2 tablespoons Fat

1 cup Finely chopped onions

1 cup Diced celery

1 cup Diced potatos

1 cup Diced carrots

4 cups Hot water

1 Leaf Bay Crumbled

1 pinch Basil

2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Beef boulin

.5 teaspoon Pepper


Directions

Brown beef in two tablespoons fat Add onion Cook for 5 min. Cut tomatoes in 1/8s Add water, tomatoes and veggies Add seasonings Mix well and bring to a boil Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 - 20 min.
