Halve and remove the seed of the avocado and scoop out from skins into a bowl.
Finely chop up the spring onion and add to the avocado. Drain the tuna and add to the bowl. Squeeze in some lemon juice and season to taste. Mash up to a rough consistency.
Slice two tomatoes thickly and place on 2 plates.
Toast the bread and place the slices from the third tomato on two toast. Place two slices on the fourth plate.
Divide the avocado mix between the four plates.
