Decadent brownies enhanced with Bailey's Irish Cream

Ingredients

brownies:

1 pkg fudge brownie mix

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup bailey's Irish cream liqueur

2 Eggs

frosting:

1/2 cup butter softened

2 cups confectioner's sugar

2 Tablespoons bailey's

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 teaspoons milk

glaze:

1 ounce semisweet chocolate chopped

1 teaspoon butter


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13x9 pan. In a large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; beat 50 strokes and spread in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until brownies are set and begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool for 45 minutes, or until completely cooled. Beat 1/2 cup butter in a small bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in all remaining frosting ingredients and spread over cooled brownies. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave; stir until smooth. Drizzle over frosted brownies. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 48 bars, these are very rich.
