Ingredients: • 2 – 4 medium ripe pears • Cinnamon • Honey • Salted or unsalted walnuts or pecans • Greek vanilla yogurt *Or any yogurt of your choice Prepare: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Wash and cut pears into halves 3. Scoop out the core and any pits 4. Place onto a baking pan *I add tinfoil for less messy clean up 5. Drizzle honey over each one 6. Sprinkle cinnamon over each one 7. Add your walnuts or pecans *I typically will add to the center of the core and will sprinkle some along the baking pan as well so they get warm 8. Place into the oven and bake for roughly 30 – 40 minutes, or until lightly golden color 9. Once fully cooked, take out and let sit for 5 minutes or so 10. Once slightly cooled, add to a dessert bowl with your scoop of yogurt *You may cut your pears into smaller pieces if you want to, but I typically leave mine as is 11. Add any extra honey, cinnamon and/or nuts you desire
