1-2 tsp ginger minced

1 cup of leeks (or green onions) chopped

2 Tbls Soy Sauce low sodium

2 Tbls Rice Vinegar

1 1/2 tsp Chile Garlic Paste

1/2 head of Savoy Cabbage shredded

1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

1 Red Bell Pepper

8 oz Shiitake Mushrooms sliced

1 pack Spring Roll Wrappers

1/4 up soy sauce low sodium

1/4 up water

2-3 cloves garlic chopped

2-3 green onions chopped

1 Tbls rice vinegar

2-3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

1/4 sp ground ginger

1/8 sp red pepper flakes
