1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
1 clove garlic crushed through a press (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Great recipe! Didn't have red robe vinegar so substituted cider vinegar instead, tasted wonderfully!
