1/4 pt Skimmed milk 0.5 points

1 100-mL glass fruit juice

1 sm Banana 1 point

1/2 mango Ripe, 1 point

1 tb Low fat natural yoghurt 0.5 points


Directions

Total points 3.5. The number after each ingredient stands for the number of Weight Watchers 123 success points that ingredient contains.
