Banana Muffins

Ingredients

3-4 large spoons of Banana Puree

1/2 cup White Sugar

1 Egg slightly beaten

1/3 cup Margarine or Butter melted

1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 cups Flour


Directions

In a bowl, put together banana puree, sugar, egg and margarine. Mix well and then set aside for later use. Take another bowl and in it, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Combine the mixture present in the two bowls, stirring well. Make sure not to over-stir the mixture. Grease the muffin tins and pour the mixture therein. Bake the muffins at 350 degrees, for approximately 20 minutes.

I substituted the sugar for 2 teaspoons of honey and added a couple handfuls of dried muesli in the mix before baking to make them more substantial and they are delicious brill recipe would def make again
