Banana Nut Bread

Directions

CROCK POT RECIPE. Grease and flour 4 1/2-quart crock pot. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in small bowl; set aside. Cream butter in large bowl with electric mixer at medium-high speed until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, eggs, corn syrup and mashed bananas. Beat until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Add walnuts and mix well. Pour into crock pot. Cover; cook on HIGH 1.25 - 1.5 hours or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool, then invert bread onto serving platter. Serves 6. TIP - Allow breads, cakes and puddings to cool at least 5 minutes before scooping or removing them from the stoneware.
