Banana-Pecan Pancakes

1/3 cup mashed

2 tablespoon melted

1/4 cup chopped, toasted


Directions

1. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (flour thru salt) in a large bowl. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Fold in pecans. 2. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto skillet coated with spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Serve with syrup.
