Banana Sour Cream Bread

A nice, moist banana bread. I use this recipe if I have lots of overripe bananas.

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

4 1/2 cups flour

3 cups white sugar

3 teaspoons baking soda

3 Eggs

500 mililiters container sour cream

6 very ripe bananas

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup chopped nuts optional

cinnamon/sugar mixture


Directions

Preheat oven to 300?. Grease 4 loaf pans & dust lightly with a cinnamon & sugar mixture. Cream butter & sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla & cinnamon. Add salt, baking soda & flour & mix well. Stir in nuts. Divide into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
