Ingredients

1 head cabbage

3 oz Water

3 oz vinegar

1 tbls Sugar

salt and pepper to taste

catsup


Directions

Grate cabbage and season with salt and pepper and a bit of red pepper. Mix water and vinegar. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage and stir. Add catsup and stir. Serve cold!
