2 c Water

1 c Barley


Directions

1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil; add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 cup barley. 2. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until tender. Makes 3 cups.
