Basil Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 large Garlic clove finely chopped

1 large Egg

1 tablespoon Anchovy Paste

2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

8 tablespoon Olive oil

Black Pepper freshly ground

1 cup Basil leaves stems removed

1/2 cup Fresh flat leaf parsley leaves


Directions

Put garlic, egg, anchovy paste and fresh lemon juice in food processor and pulse until blended. With motor running, add olive oil in slow stream until emulsified. Add herbs and blend until dressing turns green and herbs are finely chopped.
