Ingredients

3 each Pound out to 1/2" thick using tenderizer

1 sprinkle

1 Tbs for each piece. masterpiece or sweet baby rays.

1 Tbs or coconut oil

Directions

Pound out defrosted chicken breasts, pounding in oil and seasoning. Place in large zip lock bag in frig overnight. Cook on slow grill, coating with BBQ sauce, to 160°. Approx 20 min.
