1 cube the beef
2 peel and cube the shrimp
3 slice the mushrooms and set aside
4 peel the Jerusalem artichokes, and then cut into thin slices
5 put the wok on high fire and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil
6 throw in the beef and shrimp and sautée for about 1 minute
7 add 2 cubes garlic and toss to mix
8 pour in beer and toss ingredients until shrimp lose translucency
9 pour everything into a bowl and set aside
10 put more vegetable oil in wok on high fire
11 add mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes, 2 cubes garlic, 1 cube basil
12 sautée on high fire until mushrooms start looking browned
13 add soy sauce and toss well
14 add meat/shrimp mixture and toss to combine
15 serve alone or over rice with Sriracha sauce
