Leftover Beef any amount you can muster
4 or 5 carrots sliced thinly
1/2 red onion diced
1 shallot, diced
4 or 5 celery stalks chopped into small pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons stir fry sauce you can use soy, tamari, teriyaki, ponzu, whatever you happen to have on hand. (Honestly using a little barbecue sauce is also fabulous!)
