Directions

melt 1 tsp of butter in a pan add onions and shallots saute for 6 minutes add garlic cook for a minute add broth and cook for another 4 minutes add beans and vinegar and cover and cook for four minutes remove from heat and add the rest of butter and a pinch of salt take steaks, rub with salt and pepper, cook for three minutes on each side
