Ingredients

1/2 pound Hoffmann Super Sharp Cheddar

1/4 cup Cream cheese

1/4 cup Penn Pilsner

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon Horseradish

1/2 teaspoon Garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredientsw except for beer in a food processor. Add beer into mixture until incorporated.
