Beer Soup

Ingredients

3 tb Water

Lemon juice

2 pk Vanilla sauce powder

1 pt Beer

3 1/2 oz Sugar

1 tb Cold water

2 1/2 oz -(up to)

1 Egg yolk with

1 Stick cinnamon

2 tb Sugar

1 Egg white with

3/4 pt milk


Directions

Add cinnamon to milk & bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla powder blended with water; bring to a boil again. Add beer & a little lemon juice, season to taste with sugar & reheat without boiling. Beat egg yolk in water; add to soup & whisk lightly over low heat.
