Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1 c Seeded chopped tomato

1/4 c Fresh Cilantro chopped

1 Lemon ; juice of

1 cn (15 oz) black beans; rinsed

1 Jalapeno pepper; minced

1/4 ts Salt

1/8 ts Pepper

1 Mango

1 tb Balsamic vinegar

1 Garlic minced

1/2 c Onions chopped


Directions
