Ingredients

1 cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce

1/2 cup Dry red wine

3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoons Rice vinegar


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Transfer to large jar or squirt bottle and use right away Use 2 - 3 Tablespoons per pound of meat. Brush / Squirt on Steaks, chops, roasts, pork, beef, and lamb, as well as chicken Store extra in refrigerator, will keep for several months
