2 Tbsps Crème Fraîche

1 oz Sliced Pickled Jalapeño Pepper

2 tsps Blackened Pork Spice Blend (Ancho Chile Powde Ground Cumin, and Ground Coriander)

I made everything on the grill. I tested the barley at 25 minutes and it was tender. Better all mixed together - the lime pulls everything together.
