BLT SALAD

Ingredients

4 tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cucumber, diced

1 avocado, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

12 basil or cilantro leaves chopped

1 small red onion coarsely chopped

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice

1/2 tsp. Sunny Citrus Salt

1/2 tsp. 10000 Lakes- No Salt or Lucy's Pub Blend

1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled

5 cups of lettuce torn


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly. Chill for 15 minutes. Serve the tomato mixture on a bed of lettuce.
