3 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon

1 tbsp Fat Free Mayonaise

2 slices Light Whole Wheat Bread Toasted

1/2 cup Baby Spinach

2 slices Tomato


Directions

1. Cook the bacon according to package directions. 2. Spread mayonnaise over bread slices. Top with the spinach, bacon, tomato and the remaining bread slice. Per serving: 180 calories, 14 g protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 3 g total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 8 g fiber, 790 mg sodium
